原推：@rpc_tw Perhaps “problem” has too negative a connotation, but I think it’s helpful for ppl to recognize when they’re driving pain in their own lives.
Doesn’t mean they’re bad ppl!
In some cases they’re better suited as their own boss or can find a new way to relate to their managers.
