Our place was:
2020: $2.2k
2021: $2.5k
2022: $2.8k
Despite maxing out on increases, it’d go for $4k today.
So I suppose they did the math and “renoviction” it was!
I imagine many landlords will do the same, now that eviction moratoriums are over.
