原推：@AnthonyLeeZhang I do think shareholder voting is very suboptimal. It’s just easy to administer, especially when we have many layers of intermediaries.
Implementing quadratic shareholder votes with proper anti-collusion safeguards, esp without modern tech, would be bureaucratically impractical.
